Elevate your classic meatballs and spaghetti with the rich, caramelized flavor of Sticky Balsamic Premium Reserve Vinegar. This dish is not only comforting but also bursting with gourmet flavors, making it perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

2 cups marinara sauce
1/4 cup Sticky Balsamic Premium Reserve Vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked spaghetti
Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until softened. Stir in the marinara sauce, Sticky Balsamic Premium Reserve Vinegar, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Add the meatballs back into the skillet, coating them in the sauce. Cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serve the meatballs and sauce over cooked spaghetti. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and some Sticky Balsamic Pearls
