Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
1 tsp maple syrup or honey, (optional)
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract, (optional)
1/2 banana, sliced
Handful of blueberries
12 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
1 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped
Honey, to drizzle
Sticky Balsamic Premium Quince Pearls
Directions
In a jar or bowl, stir chia seeds with milk, salt, and vanilla/sweetener (if using). Rest for 5 minutes, then stir again to break up clumps.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best) until thick.
Spoon into a bowl. Add banana, blueberries, coconut, and pistachios.
Drizzle a little honey, then scatter Quince Balsamic Pearls right before serving. Let a little of the quince-balsamic liquid cling and dot naturally for a glossy, freshly-spooned look.
